I was in a position of having to hire a lawyer because of an incident that occurred. For those that need to seek out a lawyer, it's always the hardest decision as you always try to find the best. Anthony “Tony” and his team were OUTSTANDING. I had received a serious moving violation in the State of New Jersey and felt wrongfully accused, thinking I had a case to fight it. I am a senior executive from Manhattan, NYC, and not knowing the NJ laws well - in addition to having limited connection...s in this type of law - I did EXTENSIVE research on AVVO and other sites. After about 10-12 interviews with other attorney candidates (seriously), I hired Tony. He came off incredibly experienced, knew the judge, the prosecutor and even the police officers in the county of my infraction. As a defense attorney AND a former prosecutor, Tony knew the NJ laws inside and out, from both sides of the aisle. More importantly, Tony struck me as a good man - someone I trusted. I few weeks later my hiring Tony would prove to be the best decision I could have made in facing a scary situation. He and his team dug deep into my case, received all the discovery and put together a position that would result in making a deal with the county prosecutor BEFORE I ever went in front of the judge! I was off before any proceedings ever started! During the weeks between the incident and the court hearing, Tony treated me like I was a cousin, or nephew, or some close family-member. He checked in on me. He responded within minutes of my emails, even while on vacation with his family. Tony kept me informed every step of the way; even if he didn’t have news, he would tell me that. The end-result is what I hired Tony to accomplish, but THE WAY in which he went about it is the reason why I would recommend him to anyone in trouble, and why I’m taking the time to share my experience with him today.
