Anthony M. Arbore

I was mistakenly arrested but unable to prove my sobriety with the breathalyzer (which I wanted to take) because of a stomach ulcer which caused uncontrollable burping, resulting in a refusal charge on top of the DUI. Even though I was able to subsequently prove my medical condition with an endoscop...y, I was advised by several lawyer friends that in NJ you are presumed guilty, not innocent when it comes to DUIs. My family and i recently hired Anthony Arbore for a very serious Criminal matter that one of my children was unfortunately involved in. Having Anthony Arbore represent me was one of the best business and personal decisions I have made in my life. Sometimes people talk about a Dr. having bed side manners when they visit.
