Mr Dunne handled both of our closings (old and new homes). The sale of our old home ran into some complications, which he handled with aplomb and expertise (especially in negotiations with the other attorney and real estate agent). He has a calm and unflappable demeanor, which is very reassuring for clients.
Ted was very helpful in helping me sell my condo. I had many questions and he provided me with very good advice. He responded quickly to my emails and phone calls. Highly recommend.

Real Estate
He handled the sale of our home which was not easy during this pandemic era. Our initial buyer kept dragging out the process due to the economic conditions caused by Covid 19. He advise us as to when it made no sense to continue with this prospective buyer and finally guided through the sale process with an alternate buyer.

Hard Time Made Easy
Mr. Dunne handled our sale of property as part of an inherence. It was a hard time for our family due to an unexpected loss of a loved one. Mr. Dunne and his staff took care of just about everything. They were professional and caring throughout the process always keeping our best interest in mind. Mr. Dunne’s expert experience and guidance permitted us to focus our attention on our family while we knew our property sale was being handled appropriately. We cannot thank him and his staff enough.

Attentive, Diligent, Honorable, Dedicated!
There are many attorneys that I have worked with, but I happen to be very partial to Mr. Ted Dunne. Whenever I call, I immediately receive a response even when his assistant is not there. To me, being responsive and communicating with all parties of a transaction is key. Mr. Dunne has a wonderful disposition, is respectful and most importantly is knowledgeable! I recommend him highly, and he is an excellent attorney.

Rushed to close
Mr. Dunne and I come a long way, he was referred to me by my agent... as my personal opinion 'what a mistake' the entire home buying wasn't to my best interest! He just wanted to get paid and fast too...shame on you
