John Steven Brady

I'm a CDL holder and as you know my livelihood is dependent on having a squeaky clean drivers license. About 2 months ago I rented a car and got a speeding violation. Immediately, I started to worry because speeding is a moving violation and it affects your license negatively. About 2 days after rece...iving the ticket Mr John Brady contacted me so I decided to retain as my lawyer since I was over the road. Though skeptical, since I was burnt by a legal plan lawyer before, I told Mr Brady that I was putting my trust in him. He didn't make any promises but he told me that there was an over 90% chance he could get it reduced to a lesser charge. He also told that I should relax and enjoy the day.......confident, I liked that. On the day of the court hearing, immediately after speaking to the judge, Mr Brady called and told me that he got the judge to reduce the charge to a non-moving violation which did not add any points to my license. All throughout Christmas and the new year I felt so depressed, and after hearing the outcome I felt so relieved like a heavy burden has been lifted from my shoulders. I didn't even have to attend court. This is a CDL driver's dream come through. Job well done Mr John Brady
