I was born in San Antonio, Texas and attended middle school and high school in Panama City, Panama and La Paz, Bolivia. After graduating from South Texas College of Law, I now reside in the Texas Hill Country.
Our firm's principal practice area is representing disabled Veterans against the Veterans Administration worldwide, at the Board of Veterans Appeals and in the Court of Appeals of Veterans Claims. I represent Veterans pursuing claims for service connection, TDIU, and in claims pursuant to the Camp Lejeune Justice Act. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to PTSD and other mental impairments, Agent Orange, the PACT ACT, orthopedic impairments, respiratory impairments and Camp Lejeuene water exposure.
This wide range of experience has allowed me to understand and empathize with the veterans we help and to better understand where they come from and what they are going through during this tough time. My experience allows me to provide thorough insight and knowledge in managing your case.
