Biography
Conflict resolution has intrigued Pat Westerkamp ever since the First Grade when he broke-up a fight between two Third Graders. A black eye convinced Pat that he had more to learn about ending fights; and so he has. Today, for Pat, assisting disputants is a vocation grounded in respect for the parties, and a realization that they hold the best answers to the issues that divide them.
Pat maintains an active practice as an arbitrator, and mediator of workplace disputes. He serves all of NJ, Southern NYS, and Eastern Pensylvania. He is on the Panels of the AAA, PERC, NJ State Board of Mediation, and FMCS. His office is in Matawan, New Jersey.
