Brittany L. Parisi

I hired Ms Parisi to handle my divorce. She performed inadequately, inefficiently and unprofessionally. She barely returned phone calls and when she did, she wasted time talking about her personal issues or opinions of opposing council and had me pay for the privilege of wasting my time. I hired a pr...ivate investigator to track my ex husband. He fraudulently answered questions on our discovery and Brittany did nothing about it. She was literally asleep during the mediation and cost me a fortune. She should be brought up on malpractice charges and disbarred. You’ve been warned. Do not, I REPEAT DO NOT hire this woman! You’ve been warned!

This attorney should find another occupation maybe a politician. Fill your head with a lot of garbage but is ALWAYS willing to take your money practically for doing nothing. It’s pretty much only about money not the case. She’ll fill your head up with all these so called strategies to keep you on the... phone longer and charge you more money. Stay clear , you’re going through enough already. You ll only make it worse BELIEVE Me . Keep your money and save it for someone that knows the law and is honest . VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!!!!!

Very disorganized, would forget about important court date, misses every single court deadline that led to the judge think you, the client is crazy. And when she doesn't have time to get your court papers done, she'd ask you to complete it yourself after it past the deadline. And, she would charge ...you tens and thousands of dollars for the work that she never did. My case was so screwed by her that I had to spend a lot of time and money to fix it with another competent lawyer.

Brittany was the lead attorney on my divorce case from June 2021 – Feb 2022 and I have to say that it made my already traumatic experience even more traumatic. I never got responses to my questions on time. It was hard for me to get a response from her or even to get her on the phone for simple quest...ions and next steps for my case which had been dragging. She kept delaying meeting with me (the client) and even when we met, it was like I had to explain everything to her all over again. She barely did what I asked her to do (sending out subpoenas, deposition notices etc.) and to top it all, she never informed me that there was a pending motion that opposing counsel had filed that the courts had already ruled on! All these things were NEVER communicated to me as client while we strategized on next steps, whilst I paid the bills. Finally, when she left the firm I had hired, she tried to poach me to join her “new” firm to fix the very issues (re-instating the initial pleadings) that she was complicit in creating in the first place! I am no expert, but if this isn’t downright unethical or ground for malpractice, I don’t know what is.
