Mr. Kelly represented me in a temporary restraining order case in a uneducated Pro Se plaintiff made my highly paid Attorney look like fool. The initial case was thrown out by the Judge as they stated thier is no basis for a restraining order to be issued originally. The Pro Se plaintiff went back to... "Doctor Up" the same event but this time used the right buzz words and again was granted a temporary RO. The new order had changed dramatically but was still based on the same event and Mr Kelly was made to look like a small child with his lack of skills on this matter. I lost that case and paid Mr. Kelly over $10,000 for his feeble efforts. A permanent RO was issued and it was all based on an text message that was sent by myself stating "Carefree Michele can exist anymore and you have to start paying your own auto insurance". The Plaintiff stated this exact message said "He is going to terminare me" and Mr. Kelly was not able to defend this statement. The Judge acknowledged that I call the plaintiff Carefree Michele as a pet name for years but with Mr. Kelly's poor skills in the court house and inability to respond quickly he was steam rolled by the Plaintiff an uneducated Pro Se woman who was coached well I am sure by her Attorney who would not represent her as thier was no incident of abuse other than the text message sent.
