Cavanagh, P.J.Ch. An honors graduate of Rutgers College, Brian earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and holds a Certificate in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He has taught numerous courses on law and accounting at both Brookdale Community College and The Wharton School. He is known as a prominent bankruptcy attorney, handling Chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases.
