Robert W. Smith represents clients in all aspects of employment law and litigation.  He and the team at Smith Eibeler, LLC work diligently to protect employees who have been the subject of wrongful termination or unalwful termination.  Mr. Smith has represented many clients in the area of sexual harassment, disability discrimination, whistle blower violations, FMLA, NJFLA, race discrimination, sexual orientation, and hostile work environment.  Mr. Smith represents employees who are not paid full compensaiton for their hours worked or overtime under state and federal laws including the New Jersey Wage and Hour law, the New Jersey Wage Payment law and the Federal Labor Standards Act (FLSA}.    Mr. Smith takes on companies large and small in either the public sector or private sector.  Mr. Smith also represents clients in disputes involving restrictive covenants, non-compete agreements, non-solicitation agreeements, trade secrets, and confidential information.  Mr. Smith has been been practicing employment law for over thirty (30) years, representing employees in state courts, federal courts, and in arbitration proceedings.  In addition to employment law, Mr. Smith represents coporate clients by creating employment policies, conducting employee training, conducting workplace investigations, and drafting employment contracts.  Mr. Smith represents companies in connection with corporate transactions, asset sales, employment agreeements, restrictive covenants, employee complaints and human resource advice and counsel.  Mr. Smith also represents clients in serious personal injury acitons, which have included construction accidents, slip and fall accidents, trip and fall accidents, and automobile accidents.  Mr. Smith also represents clients in commercial litigation matters, real estate litigation, construction litigation, and estate litigaition.
