My family uses Mr. Gale’s firm for all our legal matters. House closings, tenant contracts, tenant disputes, and legal wills have all been handled by them. Jordan’s patience, perseverance, competence, and ethics are all unsurmountable. Because of my parents’ limited English, I handle all of their... affairs. My first experience with Mr. Gale’s firm was to draft my mother and step father’s wills. After my step father passed away, again we returned to make changes to my mother’s will. She owns a multi-family house; we hired his firm to review all her tenant contracts and have them updated to make sure that she is legally covered. All tenant disputes and evictions are handled by Mr. Gale’s firm. In April of 2013 when purchasing my house I chose to use his firm’s services for my closing. In December of 2014 my mother purchased a second multifamily house which Mr. Gale represented in the closing. This deal was a short sale and on multiple occasions the closing date was forced to move as these deals always do. Mr. Gale is extremely responsive both by telephone and email. I was impressed at the speed of his responses. Finally the closing date was moved to New Year’s Eve 2014 and if the closing did not take place the selling bank threatened to back out. My mother’s mortgagor had issues with getting the funds in time. Mr. Gale kept his office opened late to make sure that we would be able to close. He personally spent over an hour in the bank’s wire room waiting for our funds to clear so that he could finish with the closing process. Unfortunately the bank closed before the wire could come through. The wire cleared 4 minutes after the bank closed. The deal which we had worked so hard to get was on the verge of collapsing. Being that it was New Year’s Eve and after hours at that; it was extremely difficult to get ahold of people. Mr. Gale through his perseverance was able to get the selling bank to grant an extension to Friday, January 2, 2015. It just so happens that Mr. Gale’s office was closed on that day. During his vacation break he returned to the office for the sole purpose of closing on my mother’s deal. House closings are a very stressful process especially when it comes to closing on short sale properties. Watching Mr. Gale patiently explain each part of the closing process to my mother whose first language is French was very reassuring because she knew exactly what she was signing every time she had to sign. My experience with Jordan S. Gale is that he always goes above and beyond every time to make sure that we are taken care of. He always makes sure that we fully understand what’s happening and always makes sure to communicate. When it comes to legal matters I feel that Mr. Gale is simply the best representation someone can get.

Jordan is extremely professional and knowledgeable.
