Andrew Charles Hannwacker

Admitted in 1992 to the practice of law in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. I am active member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association and Federal Bar Association.

My practice has a concentration in Family Law (including Divorce), Criminal / Municipal Courts, Estates & Trusts, Personal Injury, Bankruptcy, and Elder Law matters. I have targeted my practice to meet the needs, the desires and the wants of the individual and that of the family.

Individuals within the family unit are provided legal support when their own needs required them to take specific legal actions for their benefit and which were adverse of the family. I have been successful in securing judgments and awards favorable to my clients so that they are able to actively pursue life in a dignified manner.

My clients by way of an act of desperation, a mistake in judgment or a careless moment were faced with the unbridled criminal prosecution power of the state. I have been successful in taming such power by securing the best possible outcome through aggressive litigation. Legal services have also been provided to the underprivileged via the Public Defender’s Office and through the Legal Service of New Jersey Pro Bono project.

For those clients that have been dealt devastating blows by life, I have been fortunate enough to help identify, and to have those needed resources put in place as to provide them the relief and comfort they justly deserve.
