Ira Marc Senoff

I hired Ira, and was tossed to a Jr attorney in his office. I had no confidence in the Jr attorney, but Ira Assured me he was involved 100 % but that's not the case at all. I ended up with the worst settlement agreement ever because I really had no representation to safeguard my best interest. Ir...a could care less how your life is affected. Choose a another attorney who cares about what happens to the people left after the destruction of Divorce..

I hired Ira Senoff, he gave me a rate it was acceptable, later to be passed off to less competent attorney in his practice at a higher rate. I would have never hired this other attorney had I interviewed him. Then I was over billed and billed for tasks not provided or completed. I sat with Ira to ...construct an offer right away, nothing was done for 4 weeks, and then you get stuck in their 1 year plus process of billing you hours. I'm filing an ethics complaint with the NJ Bar as well as I learned my personal e-mail was sent to the other attorney, then to my ex, who then sent it back to me. Where is the Privacy here. There was a lien put on my pre-marital asset that my attorney should have disclosed to me immediately, but they never protected my interests, and allowed my ex's attorney to build and fabricate a case without responding. Use some more honorable and keeps to their word.

I had an issue that I did not want to spend a lot of money on lawyer fees to resolve. I was assured my case would not be more than $3,000. The defendant did not object, did not respond and did not oppose our motion. I was stunned to see my bill was over $8,000. And prior to that final bill, I wa...s assured that they would control the costs. Now, they threaten to sue me. Go figure. It if was going to be more than $5,000 I never would have proceeded. Lawyer wins! People lose.
