This guy did a great job
I worked with Eric for selling my house in NJ, and he was recommended by my realtor. He went above and beyond on everything. Closing went very smoothly and was on time. He also was a great communicator and took a lot of time with me. I can strongly recommend working with him.

Responsive and Diligent

Great Experience
My husband and I are first time home buyers, as such we were anxious. To say the least. Eric was very informative and attentive the entire experience. We bought a bank owned home... which has it's own hurdles. Again, Eric got all of our questions answered in as timely a matter as one could.
