We hired Eric to represent us on the seller side of a Real Estate transaction. This was an unusually difficult closing in the sense the Buyer's were inexperienced buyers and their attorney was quite difficult throughout Attorney review and inspections. Eric was super professional, communicated freque...ntly, listened to learn about the property, condition of the property and valued my opinion.
