We hired Eric to represent us on the seller side of a Real Estate transaction. This was an unusually difficult closing in the sense the Buyer's were inexperienced buyers and their attorney was quite difficult throughout Attorney review and inspections. Eric was super professional, communicated freque...ntly, listened to learn about the property, condition of the property and valued my opinion. He was easy to get a hold of and there was never any point throughout the transaction where we were not fully informed. I would recommend Eric without reservation.

Eric helped my wife and I in the purchase of our first home and we couldn't say enough about everything that he did.
