Claire Scully and her team took the time day, night and on weekends to educate me on the law that pertains to my case, what would happen in court, and what all the possible scenarios would be. They spoke in a manner that I understood. Long story short, I was a terrified mom of two boys fighting for custody. Claire Scully not only guided me, I also received expert advice on how to manage the situation after Court was over, moving forward, to avoid more Court. Claire helped me navigate my non-dissolution child support case based on the updated 2017 NJ CS statute, with the goal of relieving my financial obligations towards continuing my child's CS beyond 19 years of age. The care-provider mother of the child was motivated to tell the courts that he was dis...abled (as argued previously at hearings where they were undeniably bias towards her inadequate evidence). The updated NJ CS law requires a clearer argument of disability, and requires the primary care provider to show real burden of proof, in order to delay CS relief beyond 19 years of age. Claire (and her assistant) were masterful in their legal knowledge and experience. Claire was rigorous in her consideration of scenarios and answered all of my MANY questions. Her advice was quite astute, with a no-nonsense approach that gave me peace-of-mind in a terribly frustrating situation. I am pleased to say we ultimately were successful in ending the CS obligation. Her expertise in the matters of CS is worth every penny of the retainer cost. I offer my highest recommendation for her to anyone in NJ wishing to seek relief in the context of prolonged or dubious CS obligations.

I used Claire for a final restraining order. Which she had no experience in. I was falsely accused of domestic violence. Claire is a very nice lady, but I feel she thought I was a criminal, and I did the crime that her fellow friend Judge guadagno had no evidence on the final restraining order. She m...ight screw your case up, and she very expensive for not knowing the law.
