I retained Evan Nappen's law firm to fight my denial for a CCW renewal. I got pawned off onto Robert Bell. He is either grossly incompetent, or willfully negligent in his performance of his work, and purposefully allowed the case to be lost, just so it would force me to pay their firm even more mon...ey, to appeal the ruling by the judge. From not picking a county court, that actually respects people's rights, to failure to meet with me even once, prior to our hearing date, the amount of willful neglect and incompetence of his handling is palpable. Not to mention, I never was even given a breakdown of expenses and what my money went to. I can tell you this. I definitely didn't get my $4,000 worth of adequate representation. Do yourself a favor. If you value your rights, and your freedoms, find another law firm.
