Representation of community association Boards (i.e. condominium, homeowners association, etc.) including: governing document interpretation; collection of delinquent maintenance fees and charges; negotiating and/or litigation with developers during the transition process to homeowner owner control of the Board; contract review and drafting; drafting Board resolutions and rules and regulations; drafting amendments to the governing documents; and, representation before municipal boards.

Purchases and sales; assisting real estate investors and house-flippers with sales contracts and assignments, and with vendor and contractor agreements; refinancing; and, zoning and planning board applications.

Assisting landlords to be prepared before, during, and after any tenancy including lease review and drafting; preparation of notices to tenants; representation in Landlord-Tenant court; and, collection of outstanding rents.
