Tom was absolutely stellar. Things were resolved quickly and he did exactly as he said he would in our first discussion/consult. He listened to my side of the incident so he understood the facts and chose his points of attack for court. He not only got my no ins ticket downgraded to no ins doc in the... vehicle which avoided a loss of license, he also was able to get a civil judgment block so the other party cannot come back and sue me in civil court later.
