This man defended my father in court for a TRO which my name was on but I was not the plaintiff, because there was a lawyer in court and the judge obviously had some previous opinions in the situation, i was not allowed in court to show my VIDEO PHOTO AND TEXTUAL evidence as to why this man should ne...ver be allowed near me again. There was two witnesses and they didn't allow either of us to speak. The amount of evidence as well as medical records that prove the man he defended is a liar and completely mentally unwell wasn't able to be shown. Now I am scared for my life because thenTRO was dropped and I have to go to family court to obtain one now all while knowing this man has access to all of my belongings, my family and my pets. This man does not do his research on his clients because if he did he would understand how guilty he really is. Unfortunately it was someone else on the TRO and my name was not the main one. I hope he can rest knowing who he defended is now able to put his family back in danger.
