Firstly, I just want to extend a huge thanks to Mark for what he did for me, I'm very grateful. In short, I found myself in a difficult situation facing (2) driving charges for causing a car accident, due to the points I already have on my license, the prospect of losing my license seemed likely,... which would be devastating to my career. I decided to hire an attorney. Clark Law made it a seamless and painless process, I paid a very reasonable fee, they immediately reviewed all the information and laid out a strategy. Their professionalism was reassuring, and I got the feeling of confidence you sometimes get when you are dealing with people who are the best in their field, I felt I had the right people. One specific thing I appreciated was the due diligence provided by this firm; constant communication and follow-ups in between court dates, guidance provided through every step of the way and when the case was over there was closing paperwork issued the same day. I had my day in court and Mark quickly began discussions with the prosecutor. Ultimately, he delivered precisely what had been discussed: One of the two charges was dropped immediately, the remaining charge was reduced to a significantly lesser offense and as a result I walked away with nothing but a small fine. No points, no disqualification, no hassle. Further, in an unusual turn of events a driver from one of the other vehicles also showed up in court and demanded I pay a substantial amount of money due to damages. To me, Mark Morris is an exceptional attorney by that I mean not only is he professionally very competent but he has the added "human quality" that demonstrates his compassion and understanding for his clients. This was totally unexpected on my part for I had feared meeting a distance calculated lawy...er focused on the case and not me. Mark was a tremendous comfort to me and actually prevented me withdrawing from the case.
