Biography
I devote my entire practice to family law and divorce, mediation and collaborative law practice.
I am a pioneer in collaborative practice in New Jersey having brought collaborative practice to New Jersey in 2004 after seeing the devastating effects that time-consuming legal battles had on my clients and their children. My focus is on the interests of all family members involved with a special emphasis on the children.
I have created a collaborative law center in Wall, New Jersey which has available independent professional firms to help with the financial, emotional and legal aspects of divorce because divorce is not just about dividing up assets. Divorce is first and foremost about restructuring the family.
Collaborative divorce and mediation are no court divorce processes to help clients move forawrd with their lives and save time, money and most importantly save their children.
