Randi handled the estate planning for my mother before she went into a hospice nursing home. My brother and I had lots of questions regarding her assets and estate. She was able to carefully answer everything and address any potential concerns. Randi made time for us over the holiday break on shor...t notice and was nice enough to meet with us on her day off. I hired Randi in August 2015 to recover money from a motorist who damaged my truck and again in March 2016 to get a refund from an HVAC contractor who committed consumer fraud. Although these were basically "small claims court" type cases, Randi realized that they were important to me and handle...d them with the utmost level of professionalism. She & her staff kept me informed every step of the way whenever something transpired. I recently made an appointment to have Randi draft up my estate/POA documents. Can's say enough good things about her! Very satisfied.
