I hired Randi in August 2015 to recover money from a motorist who damaged my truck and again in March 2016 to get a refund from an HVAC contractor who committed consumer fraud. Although these were basically "small claims court" type cases, Randi realized that they were important to me and handle...d them with the utmost level of professionalism. She & her staff kept me informed every step of the way whenever something transpired. I recently made an appointment to have Randi draft up my estate/POA documents. Can's say enough good things about her! Very satisfied.
