I practice estate planning (wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney for health care and living wills, durable powers of attorney for financial issues. I also practice estate administration for executors and administrators of estates and trusts.

I practice Collaborative Family Law (see my website) and have been trained in the field. Collaborative divorce permits the two parties to work with their attorneys and each other to create their own agreements as to parenting time, division of property, alimony, child support with dignity and privacy and cost savings. Once the parties come to a written agreement, they go to court for the finalization of their divorce. The practice focuses on co-parenting in the best interest of the children.
