Dan Himelman represents clients all over the State of NJ but primarily represents clients in Monmouth, Ocean and Middlesex Counties to better serve his clients. In this way the client retains a “local” attorney who is familiar with the judges and attorneys in these counties. Mr. Himelman’s extensive experience includes resolution of All New Jersey Family Law/Divorce Issues such as: Divorce, Child Support, Domestic Violence Restraining Orders, Child Custody, Modification of Judgments, Post Judgment Matrimonial Motions, Prenuptial Agreements, Mediation Services, Paternity Actions and Adoptions.

Mr. Himelman also handles all types of Real Estate Matters including Residential and Commercial Sales and Purchases, Preparation of Commercial Leases and Lease Review, Landlord /Tenancy Eviction matters as well as the representation of Applicants before Planning and Zoning Boards.

Mr Himelman handles the Purchase and Sales of all types of Small Businesses and Liquor Licenses, Review of Franchise and Licensing Agreements, Formation of Corporations and Limited Liability Companies, Preparation of Partnership and Corporate Buy/Sell Agreements.

Mr Himelman also handles the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning and the handling of all Probate and Estate matters, including Contested Will Litigation, and Incompetency Proceedings.
