I obtained Paul for a car accident I was in where I was rear ended by another vehicle, who admitted it was his fault. I suffer long term injuries but still had to pass NJ Tort Reform in order to be compensated if there was no settlement. Well the defendant said nope we not giving her one dime. I was ...distraught. Yup defense counsel was riding this out. I was terrified, my life was upside down from the stress. Paul had every report, had EVERY Dr testify and I mean in detail.
