I obtained Paul for a car accident I was in where I was rear ended by another vehicle, who admitted it was his fault. I suffer long term injuries but still had to pass NJ Tort Reform in order to be compensated if there was no settlement. Well the defendant said nope we not giving her one dime. I was ...distraught. How can this be happening? Paul worked diligently on my case. Kept me abreast every step of the way. Let me tell you he and his staff a not just lawyers but legal experts. The case went to trial. Yup defense counsel was riding this out. I was terrified, my life was upside down from the stress. Paul had every report, had EVERY Dr testify and I mean in detail. His cross examing techniques had me on the edge of my sent and I was the plaintiff! Everyday I was contacted, given personal ways to contact for any questions day or night. The trial was so awesome that every 2 minutes the defense counsel would side bar with the judge. Response who be overruled and had lawyer was allowed to continue. Well at the end of the trial the defense attorney thought he had this case in the bag. I remember Paul telling me we at zero we can only go up from here. Jury in your opinion has Ms. Daniel met NJ Tort Reform? This was the ultimate and hardest about my trial. If no the this case was over! Their answer YESSSS! I cried so hard. There were 8 jurors but only 6 were apart of the process and I needed FIVE to agree. The chips were against me but Paul made sure his case, reports, cross exam and FACTS WITH EVIDENCE AND MEDICAL FINDINGS were strong and never stood down. He was a David, fighting Goliath and we know Goliath came down! Im grateful to have obtained him and adhered to his counsel. I would use Paul again for anything legal in the future. Eventhough Paul and his team inherited my case from previous lawyer at the firm they manage to do an excellent Job on getting revived and get the ball rolling. Paul always callled you back, and spend time explaining all the possible iptions, guidance, when ever necessary reality check.
