I'm very happy that I chose Paul Garfield and his team especially Jerry Larkin to represent me in my injury case. They were extremely professional in describing the process and expectations. I was in an Auto Accident in New Jersey that caused a back injury from the person who side swiped my car. I was referred to Davis, Saperstein & Solomon. After the Defendant settled his part of the claim for a minimal amount Paul proceeded to sue my Insurance carrier for the under insured & uninsure...d portion of my policy. Everyone involved with my case, Paul, Alexis and anyone I spoke to in the office was very courteous, responsive and professional. In 2018 I got into a bad auto accident that left me with severe spinal damage. The person who hit me had the state minimum auto coverage and not a dime to their name. When I couldn't get a return call from my insurance company to find out how much PIP was left, they took the call and got me and my doctors the info. He was able to get me the full policy amount from both parties without having to do a day in court. His service was so good, I recommended him and his law firm to my friends and family. I'm confident he'll help them achieve them same or better outcome from their accidents. If I ever get injured again, I will definitely hire the services of Davis Saperstein & Salomon.
