Jeffrey Scott Hasson

Two bad things happened to me, one was my accident and the other was this lawyer. This lawyer seemed good at first, but I should have taken notice of his lack of administrative help and should have asked were there other lawyers on his staff. I have recovered from my injuries, but not from all the da...mage he has caused. There were paperwork foul ups, appearance dates canceled and his legal staff is even worse. He boosted of being able to settle my case quickly, but never did. I wound up getting another lawyer.

I hired him for a case, had the most horrific experience. He would not tell me what the action plan was, would not reply calls and or emails promptly. Finally the first hearing came, called him a day earlier to what time he will be coming for the hearing, and he said, he is not coming, and told me to... go to the probable cause hearing on my own. I was so shocked to hear that, that he will not do the most basic thing I hired for to represent me at court at all hearnings. Furthermore, he had done no research, didn’t do any work and now this that he would not show up on the first hearing. So I told him to return my fees and i will write a complaint against him, and only then, he said he will come. Next day, he didn’t show up and send his associate. I had the most horrific experience with this lawyer, would not recommend him to anyone. And the case was dismissed on the probable cause hearing, so basically this guy would have kept the whole $1000 that I paid him without coming to court.

Mr. Jeffrey Hasson is extremely intelligent and a hard working attorney, who truly takes time in making sure his clients are happy, and whose work is efficient with positive results. He assisted me during an accident case I had and basically helped me in settling any possible penalties I was facing. ...If I did not obtain his representation/guidance, I would have never been able to get thru it on my own. I'm always thankful for him and for all of the help he provided me with during that difficult time.

In 2007 Mr. Hasson handled my personal injury case. I had gone to 2 lawyers prior to choosing Jeffrey. I felt a sense of personal professionalism from him, from the moment we sat down in his conference room. I went to his office various time within 3 years, I was always treated by him and his staff a...s if my case was the most important one in his office. I was amazed at how they always had time to answer my questions. I remember the day I received a call at home from Jeffrey to inform me that there was a settlement on the table. We settled thereafter, my wife and I were so very pleased to see how fair and honest Mr. Hasson was. We always are grateful to him and his staff.
