In this case, we sought a copy of a settlement agreement. Monmouth County refused to give it to us for a variety of reasons, but principally because it had a confidentiality clause and because the cas ... e settled a sexual harassment lawsuit. We lost in the Trial Court, but won on appeal and, when the County appealed to the Supreme Court, won that appeal, too.
