Jacqueline N. Larsen

Jacqueline Larsen joined the Family Law Department at Cohn Lifland Pearlman Herrmann & Knopf LLP, in 2020. She received her undergraduate degree from Montclair State University and her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School – Newark in 2018, and thereafter served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert G. Wilson, J.S.C. Chancery Division – Family Part. During her clerkship, Jacqueline focused primarily on matrimonial matters, involving divorce, child custody, property division, alimony, child support, domestic violence, and all related matters. She also regularly mediated non-dissolution matters, involving parenting time, child support, and custody, and was a certified mediator for small claims and landlord-tenant cases.

While attending law school, Jacqueline served as a student attorney for the Rutgers Child Advocacy Clinic, where she handled child abuse and neglect cases involving the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (“DCPP”) and provided representation for children in obtaining special immigrant juvenile status.
