William N. Sosis

I am an experienced attorney licensed in the state of New Jersey and practicing family law, consumer law, internet and cybersecurity law, among other topics.  I hold a bachelors degree from Montclair University, a masters degree from NJIT and a Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University, Cooley Law School. My practice includes all matters relating to family law and divorce, domestic violence, child custody, consumer law, consumer fraud, estate planning, administrative law, internet law as well as other general matters. I have successfully appeared before the Family-Part as well as the New Jersey Appellate Division. I am an instructor for New Jersey Continuing Legal Education courses in e-discovery, cybersecurity, internet privacy and am an expert for IT-related matters.

In addition to my legal experience, I have also worked for many years in several industries. I believe all my experiences and the countless people I have helped provide me with the empathy and ability to understand the disappointment, emotions, and frustrations you may be experiencing from your legal issues.
