For our estate administration clients, we work closely with Executors, Trustees, accountants and financial advisors in effectuating the administration or probate of the Estate. We represent Estate clients in the State and Federal Courts, including litigation of contested estates, Will challenges, caveat filings, objection to Guardianship applications, objections and third party claims in Estate Administrations, fiduciary and executor suits and beneficiary claims.
