Smartest guy he knows

This guy is the most conceited person I have ever dealt with. I consulted with him on a problem with my neighbor, and between interrupting our meeting constantly and basically lecturing me about all the people he knows in Bergen County, I barely got a word in. Then he asked me for a ridiculous amo...unt of money to start a case. I ended up going to someone else down the street from his creepy dusty office, who made a few phone calls, wrote a few letters and charged me 1/4 of what Strasser wanted.
