Biography
Margarita (Rita) Golden, Esq., is a seasoned real estate attorney representing clients in residential and commercial transactions. Rita also represents clients in landlord-tenant matters as well as all aspects of general corporate and business law. Rita graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, with concentrations in intellectual property and litigation. Through her academic studies as well as a prestigious summer associate position with Hannes Snellman, and as a legal intern for Sony Music Entertainment, she perfected her writing and negotiating skills, all of which are extremely useful in representing her clients today.
Rita also acts as of counsel associate for Perkins & Associates, where she represents high net worth clients, commercial investors, and emerging developers in the Jersey City area, just to name a few.
Prior to entering law school, Rita worked for JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA, in the home finance department, commandeering the home mortgage process for the bank's clients and employees.
