I used Glenn recently after reading about a case he litigated before the Supreme Court of NJ a couple of years ago where his performance was highly acclaimed by one of the Supreme Court Justices. I was delighted to find that he is now in private practice in Ridgewood,NJ. My initial consultation wi...th him was extremely informative and reassuring. He spent alot of time with me and made me feel like his only client. My case was resovled in a matter of a few weeks with an outcome that far surpassed my expections and the expectations of two lawyers I had consulted previous to Glenn (who were much more expensive). I would highly recommend him. He was very easy to reach as I had his private cell phone number. He always knew the details of my case whenever I called him, even on a weekend!!!!

I have used Mr. Finkel for various in-depth legal matters reanging from partnership agreements to post judgement divorce to consumer fraud over the years. He is the only attorney who I have been able to call on his cell phone directly at any hour including weekends. I had another very high priced a...ttorney for my divorce to whom I paid ultimately paid over $30k in legal fees. Glenn reviewed my divorce a couple of years later while he was working on another matter for me and found many many deficiencies in the way the divorce was handled by the other attorney. He corrected them all for me free of charge! He has always been very reasonable and is very compassionate. I highly recommend him especially now that he is in private practice. I have referred many people to him over the years who have all been extremely satisfied. I would give him 10 stars if possible.

I am a student who has wrongfully been suspended from college based on outright libel. I called Mr. Finkel and he sounded passionate to have me send him my documentation. He never contacted me to talk about what he received in the mail. He just left me hanging for two weeks until I received a reje...ction letter in the mail. He decided to keep the nice folder that all of my files were in. His letter deciding to decline my case was only two sentences long with no rationale for his decision. He did not return an e-mail in which I earnestly asked him to explain how he could do such a thing. I gave Mr. Finkel the benefit of the doubt that something was wrong with his e-mail and printed off hard copies and mailed them out to him. When I finally reached him by phone he gave me his rationale which was simply that he did not feel it would net him enough money in comparison to what he would have to shell out. He received my e-mails but just did not want to have anymore to do with me. There is another reviewing agency in which Mr. Finkel's average rating is 1 out of 5. If possible I would give him a zero. My grief with Mr. Finkel marries up with the general consensus that he is very uncaring and insensitive to the needs of clients. My case is worth several million in damages. Among Mr. Finkel's last words to me in our phone conversation were, "I'm not saying that another attorney won't take the case, but that my firm has decided to not take the case." He sounded close to becoming rude to the point of abruptly ending our conversation and hanging up the phone. This would have been the case if I had any more to say during our 1 minute conversation.
