I like to consider myself a practical and efficient problem solver. At the end of the day I know my clients are usually trying to mitigate their loses. This often means that I will recommend a course of action that will result in the most advantageous result for the smallest legal bill. Sometimes what you "can do" isn't always what you "should do". I strive to work effectively, honestly, and tenaciously, for all of my clients regardless of the size of the retainer. I want all of my clients to know, without doubt, that I put their best interest ahead of everyone else's, including my own.
