My experience with Mario Bai can only be described as superb, responsive and punctual. I was referred to Mario by a friend and I couldn’t be happier with the results. With our first phone call he was calm and understanding and he assessed everything I said and answered all my questions without hesita...tion or annoyance. Mario and his assistant, Alisha, were so responsive every week, they made sure I was up to date with all matters coming through to them. When we had to appear in court, Mario was the first one there. He made sure that I was at the top of the list and was to be seen first before everyone. It was my first time having to appear in court and I was a bit nervous but Mario made me feel calm, cool and collected and that’s honestly what I appreciate the most. Overall, I would recommend Mario to anyone who needs something done efficiently and timely, he knows what he’s doing.

Mario Bai unilaterally decided not to represent us in the middle process of selling a property, he didn’t care that attorney review was completed, didn’t negotiate with an Association on my behalf,did not spend a minute on the phone or in person with me regarding my case, he said ‘his time is money’,... so I guess his clients isn’t. Overall very rude.Too bad I had a relationship of more than 11yrs with Mr. Contaldi. Do not recommend.

After getting 4 point ticket, the court told me that they could drop the ticket to a 2 point ticket. When I talked to Mario Bai, he told me just about the same result, except I could take a defensive driving course to drop the other two points. I did not, however, expect that the 4 point ticket to be... changed to a zero point ticket. It was the best result that I could have hoped for (next to getting the case dismissed, but I had a feeling that was not happening).
