Irresponsible
Really not satisfied with this guy. Never communicates well, no quick response to queries. Delays in sending documents. He has opened up some side business so not seriously concentrating on clients. Can get better lawyers than him.

Very bad!
Do not ever go to him. He will initially state his fees as 800 bucks and after the entire closing he'll present you with a bill of $700 extra! He has 2 silly secretaries who hardly know anything... they never respond to your calls /emails. They give an estimate of certain days but delay the process ...

Finally a Great Real Estate Attorney, Helped make my closing go smoothly.
Hired Chander as my attorney. Was looking to Buy my first home. And he was very helpful and helped me step by step. I was very thankful I used him as an attorney. I am in my new home and everytime I turn my keys I realize that Chander made it possible for me and my family to live in my new home.
