Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Criminal Trial Attorney. Criminal dense experience includes representation of clients in the defense of more than 600 Grand Jury Indictments, including jury trials to verdict in approximately 85 cases, representation of clients in more than approximately 130 municipal court matters, appellate work, and petitions for post-conviction relief. Have tried to conclusion three (3) murder cases, one involving a quadruple homicide that lasted 3 months.

Highlight of civil litigation practice is successful opposition to appeals by adversary at every level up to the United States Supreme Court of (Petition for Certiorari denied) of an almost $400,000.00 Judgment obtained against adversary on a Counterclaim, after obtaining a dismissal at the trial level of the the Complaint against client. Also obtained a Judgment of $15,000,000.00 against a private individual who assaulted a client with a battle axe causing client to become permanently disabled.

Handling of voluntary bankruptcy filings under Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. Also, defending against Adversary Complaints filed by Creditors against clients in the United States Bankruptcy Court.

Have prepared several hundreds of Wills, together with Living Trusts, Living Wills, and and Powers of Attorney.
