Fourteen years ago, when my marriage was ending, I tried to find a lawyer to represent me that shared my vision. It was an extremely emotional time and I searched for someone that would understand my needs, and would fight for what I needed to survive. I found that professional in Richard Garofalo,... who came highly recommended. When emotions were getting the better of me, he kept me in check. He was responsive. Just as I was about to give up and thought all was lost, his incredible knowledge of the law, won me the right to garnish my former spouse’s pension for the arrears. Once that was completed, my former spouse and I made a new deal, and again, Richard was called upon to make sure that my future would be protected. Unfortunately during that process we found the pension board had taken away my lifetime benefit during the garnishment. Richard fought the pension board, and I assure you, that was not an easy task. He won, and my rights were returned to me. I can’t say enough about him. He’s been in my corner every step of the way, and I would never think about using anyone but him to protect me. He is the best of the best. He is a fighter. He is a professional. He is ethical. He is just the person you want in your corner when you find yourself in need of a lawyer.
