OUTCOME: The New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, reversed the Bureau's findings.

The case involved an appeal from a New Jersey Bureau of Home Warranty decision which rejected claims by homeowner's for numerous defects in the construction of a multi-unit condominium complex. The Hom ... e Warranty state employees refused to cover the numerous defective claims. The Appellate Court reversed, finding that the trial judge made numerous mistakes in supporting the state's rejection of the claims.

I represented a husband in a divorce from a much younger wife, 24 years his junior, in a short term marriage. The case was tried to conclusion. The court found in favor of the husband on the issues of ... alimony, equitable distribution, and counsel fees. The wife appealed.
