Excellent service; optimal outcome

Emerson Dickman and Kim Ventresco did a wonderful job of helping me navigate OOD options with our school district. They helped me find the appropriate resources and consultant for my son as well as ensuring the district helped pay for the educational environment that my son requires. I chose Emerson ...because the attention afforded my situation was perfect and the cost was reasonable.

Outstanding Firm for Parents of Special Needs Children

My wife and I have an adult daughter with Williams Syndrome. As with most parents of children with special needs, our concerns as we age begin to focus on what happens after we're gone. I can't say enough about our experience with Emerson Dickman and Melanie Ritter in preparing for that eventuality.... For a variety of reasons, there was a need to create three separate Trusts. We were lead through the process in a caring, comprehensive, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional manner. We would highly recommend the law offices of G. Emerson Dickman.

Caring, smart, kind, experienced, understanding

Our autistic son wasn't getting the publicly funded education he needed. We were paying for private therapies. The school district was uncooperative. Emerson helped us immensely. He was caring, smart, kind, understanding, experienced and best of all got my son out of district placement in a speci...al school that has changed our lives. Couldn't recommend him more.

Eternally Grateful To Emerson

My wife and I have a son on the autism spectrum. We began working with Emerson and Kim (his assistant) at The Dickman Alliance 3 years ago, when my son was in the 4th grade. We faced a great deal of headwind from the district over services for my son before we hired Emerson Dickman. After hiring E...merson, and having him present at our IEP meetings, suddenly we were getting more traction with the district. When the time came to push to get my son sent out of district, Emerson was able to convince the district that this would be the best option for my child. He was invaluable for getting the services my son needed for a proper education. Emerson and Kim handle every situation with kindness, compassion and common sense. In what can be an emotional roller coaster for the parents, they are a voice of calm and reason. They know what is necessary for the child, what the child is entitled to getting from the district, and how to set about getting it expeditiously. My son is in a great place now thanks to Emerson and Kim. We're so grateful.

Mr.

I hired Mr. Dickman to help create a new will for my ailing widower father. He was compassionate, effective and communicative, and reasonably priced. I'm currently hiring Melanie Ritter in his firm to help me navigate my father's estate. I'm having the same positive and secure experience. I would rec...ommend Mr. Dickman's firm in a heartbeat.
