Sunmin Park Choi

I highly recommend Sunmin Choi, if you are applying for EB-1 as a scholar/researcher in the field of HUMANITIES. I had difficult times to find a lawyer who has experiences working with international scholars in the field of humanities. Several lawyers I've consulted before Sunmin didn't even look at ...my case in the absence of a rare honor such as "Nobel Prize." When I came to talk to her by phone for initial consultation, Sunmin spent almost 2 hours to thoroughly examine my case and determined my qualification for EB-1B petition. It took me 7 months to get a permanent resident card and Sunmin was patient, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and confident to respond to all my questions. I was looking for an attorney for my visa last January and my friend highly recommended Sunmin Choi. I came to meet her and explained my situation that the e2 visa was about to expire and wasn't sure if I could renew this. She suggested me not to renew it but to change to eb1 visa and then applied fo...r the green card. I was really supprised to hear that because all the other attorneys just spent 10 minutes looking at a few documents and told me that it didn't seem possible to renew it thus get ready to go back to South Korea.
