Sunmin Park Choi

My husband and I worked through the green card process with attorney Sunmin Choi, and she made it the smoothest thing ever. She was incredibly prompt in getting back to us when we had any questions and filing paperwork. She was very knowledgeable and organized throughout the whole process. She would ...also occasionally check in with us about the status of the green card with helpful comments about travel outside the US. All in all it was a great experience, and I'm glad to have had her as our attorney.

As my case was special, she listened to my explanation and reviewed my documents carefully before guiding me to the next step. Most of the attorneys that I've contacted didn't even reply. I had lots of research before I decided to work with her and I realized that I should work with her because she never tried to deceive me and always gave me the right direction and I definitely leaned on her. Overall, it was not overpriced and reasonable. Please don't be hesitate working with her. I promise you will never regret working with her. I was looking for an attorney for my visa last January and my friend highly recommended Sunmin Choi. I came to meet her and explained my situation that the e2 visa was about to expire and wasn't sure if I could renew this. She suggested me not to renew it but to change to eb1 visa and then applied fo...r the green card. I was really supprised to hear that because all the other attorneys just spent 10 minutes looking at a few documents and told me that it didn't seem possible to renew it thus get ready to go back to South Korea. Contrarily, Sunmin dedicatedly spent hours to listen to all the stories and suggested alternative solution which was obvioulsy better for me but I never thought it would be possible. To make a long story short, I got my application to change to eb1 visa approved last June and I just got an appoval letter for the green card. She is the best!!!
