My husband and I worked through the green card process with attorney Sunmin Choi, and she made it the smoothest thing ever. Originally my wife and I thought we had a simple 1-130 and i-485 concurrent AOS case. We had completed the interview and was approved for the I-130 but the I 485 AOS required a I-601 waiver. Sunmin was very helpful every step of this long process. Our initial meeting with her was very thorough. ... We asked numerous questions and inquired about certain scenarios, all of which she thoughtfully answered. Her in-take forms for the applications were very easy to understand and thorough. With the provided information she sent in our application packet. As we waited for the interview and hopeful approvals we found out that we might run into an issue with our application. We eventually had our interview, and was approved for the I-130 but they requested a rfe for the i-485 form. With Sunmin's help, we filed a i-601 waiver form. She was very helpful in how we should frame the hardship waiver. With her guidance we collected all necessary back up documentation and affidavits and submitted the I-601 waiver. It was a long wait but eventually was approved. I highly recommend her services for any immigration related services. She was always very responsive for any questions or concerns we had through our case. She cares about her work and more importantly cares for her clients.
