Stephanie Maria O'Neill

Stephanie O’Neill is an attorney with Garcia Law, LLC. She received her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark. While in law school, Ms. O’Neill was active in the Rutgers Civil Justice Clinic, where she dealt with a variety of family law issues, including adoption, alimony, and equitable distribution. Ms. O’Neill was also involved with the Courtroom Advocates Project, where she was able to help economically disadvantaged victims of domestic violence obtain Orders of Protections. Prior to law school, she studied at Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree.

Ms. O’Neill is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, a member of the Bergen and Hudson County Bar Associations, and also a member of the New York State Bar Association. Ms. O’Neill is also admitted to practice in the State of New York.

Ms. O’Neill’s practice has been exclusively concentrated in matrimonial and family law, where she has dedicated her career to helping families in matters including but not limited to contested issues of custody, parenting time, child support, alimony and equitable distribution of assets. She takes great pride and care in getting to know her clients and their needs personally so that she can tailor her representations to their individualized needs.

After graduation, Ms. O’Neill immediately began practicing as a litigator in the private sector with a strong emphasis on family law. Ms. O’Neill is the recipient of the 10 Best Client Satisfaction for Family Law – American Institute of Legal Counsel.
