I was pleasingly and pleasantly satisfied with Kelly. She was professional at all times yet she didnt make me feel like I was "just a client". She spoke in a "language" that I could understand step by step what was going on and at times when I felt tensed and never voiced it, she pickup on it and p...ut my mind at ease. Would I hire her again (and Katherine and Tom) should the need arise, ABSOLUTELY, without a shadow of a doubt. She represented herself and her firm very well and they should be very proud to have her among them.
